Small but adequate

Definitely one of our night stops on our journey to Cherbourg. Nice walk into part of the town, view the weir and exercise the dogs. Usually busy but cosy and adequate.

Pleasant

A pleasant enough aire. A walk into the town showed no shops of any kind even the tourist office closed . Did not walk up to the higher part to see what was there.

Quiet Spot

Spent 2 very peaceful nights right next to the river. Easy access with all facilities working correctly. Town is 15mins walk uphill. Will use again.

Riverside Car Park

A beautiful, peaceful spot by La Varenne River. Resounds with singing birds. Some interesting buildings in the area to admire, including the nearby church.

Tres bien pour une étape

aire agréable proche de La rivière , très bien pour une etape sur le route en direction, de Normandie ou de la bretagne , a signaler lors de notre passage , nous avons vu la gendarmerie..en ronde, un peu de circulation mais rien de genant

Pleasant aire by river

Aire was clean and tidy. All services including electric. Had a small issue with water. The post had a keypad, which I placed my card in front of, card accepted but no water delivered. Not a problem as I had some fresh water and tank 1/2 full. Good access to aire and pretty town. Thankyou.👍
