Great Emergency Stop Over in Storm Ciarán

We had hoped to stay nearer Nantes but the site was closed, so this was an excellent replacement. Situated right next door to a beautiful country park and Old château. There is a supermarket about a mile away. My only reservation was its close proximity to a somewhat busy road with pedestrians walking right past on the sidewalk.

Does what it says on the tin

This isThis is a very small Aire but in a beautiful park about 15 mins from Nantes. We arrived late got amazing service from the Camping Car Park team as we don’t have our card yet so we phoned got an answer in 50 seconds. There is a place for fresh water and to empty grey waste and the black water. No place for rubbish but we just took ours with us. We had a dog so a beautiful walk into the park and chateau/lake. Highly recommend for a stopover stay. Village is about 15 mins walk.

Small tidy site, some early evening road noise but quiet overnight. 20-25 min walk to train station.

Petite aire calme la nuit.

Calme la nuit mais un peu de bruit avec la route en journée. Manœuvres un peu compliquées pour les services avec un grand CC quand l’aire est complète.
