L’aire très bien ainsi que les services (à l’extérieur) Bcp de choses à visiter Le beffroi le phare musée de la dentelle etc…(doc a l’office du tourisme) Profitez-en pour rechercher les magnifiques peintures sur les bâtiments demander le plan a office du tourisme. La plage les jeux pour enfants et la digue avec son dragon.

Excellent stay

The facility is exactly as described. Enjoyed my stay in Calais. Very busy site and as I was staying for 2 nights moved towards the far end away from the barrier. Very quiet and slept well. No issue with facilities. Will make this a regular stop, the new Calais is well worth visiting

Useful!

A very soulless site, but fine for overnight, at the start or finish of a holiday. Useful be able to book in advance as it gets very full in high season.

Good spot

We stayed overnight before taking the shuttle to England, about 15 minutes away. Quiet, outside loading and unloading before entering the rest area. Only problem if there are too many people the 220v can't hold the fridge and occasionally switches to gas.

Zentraler Stellplatz direkt neben Camping Calais Plage(ehemals Le Grand Gravlot)

Günstig gelegen, große Stellplätze Für 3€ pro Tag kann man WC und Dusche vom benachbarten Campingplatz benutzen.

Very handy Aire for ferries and tunnel

This is our 4th visit to the Aire this year. Thank you CCP for all the improvements. The only criticism is that pitches are not clearly marked. Some people park at right angles to the fence, others park diagonally, while some leave overly large spaces between their vehicles. I doubt that when parking places are not well-marked, CCP will never reach full capacity.
