Very muddy wet place
Arrived late after driving in rain. Places were very muddy. Only a few places had hard surface but not suitable for our 7 ton camper and very difficult to get in because camper size. We tried to get in one but to much mud. No satellite reception because of trees. Wifi was not working. It’s a pity because the place is lovely. We do like and use Camping Car oark since beginning. Next time better luck.
Hello Cornelius, Thank you for your feedback to CAMPING-CAR PARK. I apologise that this may have affected your stay and disappointed you. We are proposing improvements to the site partner based on feedback from our customers, which is why I am returning your comment to the site owner. He will of course decide on future improvements, but is always open to your feedback. We would ask you to use de-sludging plates to avoid any risk of getting stuck in the mud. I've taken your comment about WIFI into consideration. I will be discussing this with the technical teams. In addition, the Pontaumur site accepts motorhomes over 9 metres long, so there are no size restrictions. I look forward to seeing you again at the network's service areas, Inés.
