A nice place to stay
Small but adequate site. The surrounding area is lovely. Pretty port and nice little town. If you arrive before September 24 go in the church to see the amazing display for the D Day celebrations - A Thread Through History.

Be aware of additional charges
Users should be aware that if they reserve this popular site, you cannot enter until 12 noon. Entering even a few minutes before will incur the daily car park charge of 6 euros in addition to the standard overnight charge. This is the only reason for the one star on this occasion.

Défaut d'entretien
Le terrain manque toujours d'entretien. D'autre part le robinet d'eau potable fuit ! Lors de notre passage au mois de mars il fuyait déjà... Cependant la ville de Carentan,son marché, ses marais méritent d'être connus..

Schöne große Parzellierung der Stellplätze. Als wir da waren, wurden die Stellplätze vom Personal des nebenan liegenden Flower-Campingplatz gemäht und in Ordnung gehalten. Das einzige was fehlt sind Müllcontainer für Glas und Plastik, was in Frankreich eigentlich üblich ist. Es gab lediglich ein Container für Restmüll.
