Nice quiet site just a short 20 minute walk to the château. Clean facilities (mixed) plenty of hot water. Would definitely recommend

Nice little stopover en route from ferry .
This is an ok stopover. The facilities are clean with plenty hot water. Needs a bit of a tidy up as some areas are very overgrown however it is a very large aire and offers what we needed in our way South. We used it last year and would certainly use again. Lovely old town with lots of interesting history. Bit of a walk to the town. Maybe 20 to 30 minutes easy walk.

Beautiful little village. Historic place with a lovely river with picnic tables to have lunch. Beautiful church. Lovely clean site with clean shower toilet block

Very interesting old town .
Mostly grass pitches so when very wet might be as well to check that there is a solid pitch. The toilets, showers and dish washing facilities were spotless when we visited. The clubhouse was the best place for Wi-Fi. The borne was new style and clean and easy to use. Lots of walks from the site. The town is about 15 minutes away from the site followed by a steep climb through some old and interesting buildings. The square at the top has a wide variety of shops and cafes and great views.

Nettes Plätzchen lädt zum Verweilen ein
Superschöner Platz. Schönes Städtchen fußläufig erreichbar. Sanitäreinrichtungen renovierungsbedürftig, aber sauber. Wir würden den Platz wieder anfahren.

Parfait
Aire agréable, dans un cadre bucolique. Proche d’un sentier pédestre et d’un moulin à eau. Petit bémol, la route menant à l’aire est exiguë.

Camping carpark Châteaudun
Terrain humide pouvant poser problème si le véhicule est trop lourd. Borne électrique qui oblige selon peu nombreuses il faut avoir une longueur de câble conséquente. Sanitaire accessible avec la carte carpark. Un séjour mitigé sur cet endroit.

Good site
We used this as a stopover point on journey back and due to the awful weather we didn't get to see the town. Great site, good facilities. Was a little muddy and wet but weather was atrocious

Handy site
Good site with good showers and toliets but be careful if it’s been raining as there are not many hard standing pitches. Would recommend.
