Quiet place
Very quiet night, nice area, all services inc electric, looks new. 20 min walk to the war village and museum. Places not marked but fairly large,will definitely need your ramps.Shame the toilets haven't been pulled down (you definitely won't use them), and the bins are probably best removed so that you use the correct recycling bins outside the entrance (lots of glass bottles just left on floor).

Great site to vist the village
We stopped two nights here to relax and visit the Memory centre and village. Ideal location for that. 20 minute walk away. The tourist office as always were very pleasant and helpful. The waste bins near the toilets are for trash only and not recycling. People, as we did, put everything in them except glass bottles which are placed on the floor, which could smash on the roadway. As you leave the site the recycling bins at the exit.Signage would help directing people there. It reflects on CCP.

Emplacements en devers obligé de caler. Branchements électrique suffisant. Bien placé pour visiter le Mémorial et le village Martyr. Je regrette l attitude de certains camping caristes qui ne peuvent pas faire 40 mètres pour jetter leurs bouteilles vides dans les containers prévus à cet effet. Il y avait à notre passage au moins une cinquantaine de bouteilles au sol.

Good site
Nicely laid out with good pitches. Very convenient for war village. It's possible to park on road near village as their car park is limited to 2.0n

Aire située à proximité du village martyr qu il faudrait absolument visiter. Aire propre mais aucun emplacement droit et pas d ombre

Nice
Not a bad stopover, within easy walk to the martyr village. Some of the pitches are on a slope slo bring your chocs. Quiet nights sleep, not bad for 1 or 2 nights.

Toujours autant de vieux c.... qui se croient tout permis en prenant pratiquement 4 places avec leurs 2 CC et leurs 2 stores mentalités lamentable, sinon parfaite pour visiter oradour sur glane, U express à proximité.

Parking spacieux table de picnique ....déçu car les tables de picnique occupé par des gens qui ne sont pas sur l aire de repos irrespectueux des lieux bouteille de verre posé auprès des poubelles alors que le contenaire de tri pour verre est à 20 mètres.....sanitaire non fonctionnel

Poor parking from some
Poor parking from some people made it very difficult to find a space. We ended up parked at the top of the bank. We did have the shade of trees which was a bonus in 34 degree heat. The site is ideally located for a walk into town and to the Oradour-sur-Glane Martyr village; well worth the visit and very emotional.
