Lovely peaceful site
Grass pitches but fairly level. Lots of trees which were of some concern in the gusty wind conditions we experienced, but all good. Facilities more than some sites and walk through Chateau grounds and down to the river was perfect.

Interesting location
Interesting location nestled under castle walls. Green surroundings. Reasonable sized firm level pitches under large trees with hedges between giving nice feel of privacy. Facilities kept clean. Some pitches in sight of railway but offered more interest to us than any disturbance. Town close by. Would return and hope for better weather than the gales and heavy downpours that we experienced overnight!

Lovely location
Just below the medieval fortress which is free to walk round. Very clean showers, wc etc. short walk to village on the Charante River with restaurants, bakery and small shop. Sadly the weather was awful but the site lovely. Train line nearby was not a problem.

Les emplacements sont grands voire très grands et adaptés aux cc xxl avec remorque. Par contre l'accès à l'aire est assez compliqué notamment pour les cc avec remorque. Ça tourne à angle droit et c'est très juste pour ma part avec un ensemble cc+ remorque de 13m. Sinon rien à redire, oui il a des trains mais je n'ai pas été dérangé.

Pequeñita, pero acogedora y agradable. Plazas sombreadas, ideales para los momentos de calor. Con toma de agua y desagüe en la mayor parte de las plazas.

Great walk around chateau with dog, nice walk along river with two reasonable restaurants, good toilets and hot shower on site. . Some big pitches, only down side is road and train noise which we don't mind but not for light sleepers.

Mega Platz mit Geschichte und am Fluss ein sehr nettes kleines Restaurant der Besuch lohnt sich !!!!!!
