Great stop off for exploring
Decent enough site , great for memorial museum and you can also get buses into caen or out to the beaches cheaply. Only issue we had was a van managed to squeeze in between us & the next occupied pitch then moved to a free pitch the following day. Not sure how he got on given that the site was full but that meant another poor soul had to pitch up at the end of the site until someone left the following day.

Großzügiger Stellplatz mit viel Grünfläche. Gute Busanbindung - Linie 2 - ins Zentrum von Caen. Wir haben hier 2 ruhige Nächte verbracht.

Ideal for a stopover when travelling Calais to St Malo
This was our first time using CCP. Nice and level, easy access to electricity and water. Great bus links to Caen centre. Although it may seem out of the way from the convenience of shops etc, a short walk away there are small shops for essentials. Would certainly use again for a simple no frills stop.

Freie Plätze um die Mittagszeit
Caen ist DER Hotspot überhaupt, aber ab 11 h werden mit Glück immer mal wieder Plätze frei. Nach Besuch des Caen Memorial und Kaffeepausen sind wir nach 4 Stunden weitergefahren, da wir vor 2 Jahren direkt nach der Neueröffnung des CCP-Standorts schon einmal Caen besichtigt hatten.
