Great overnight stopover to and from the alps
At about 4 and 1/2 hours from Calais it is the perfect stop over, close to the motorway, easily accessible. It has all the amenities with the addition of being behind a lay-by with a toilet, Pizza and drinks vending machine. The pizzas are great, the lady who stocks the machine up and cleans it daily was there when we arrived. It is next to a busy road and truck stop so is a little noisy but it didn’t bother us. There are several petrol stations (cheaper than the motorway) and a supermarket.

Sauberer Platz
Ideal als Übernachtungsplatz auf der Durchreise. Plätze sind eben und der Platz durchgehend geschottert. Alles sauber!

Used as a stop over on way to Alps. Site was clean and spacious - all pitches clearly marked. Slight road noise, but thats be expected given where it’s situated. Walk into town about 30mins - stopped at Supermarket just outside town, 6 dedicated M/h parking spaces, could t see them, but was a height barrier to come out, so has to exit the way we went in. Site felt safe and would use again.

One night stay
All good. Collected our card as this is the first place we’ve stayed at. Electric fine. Not a good walk to the village along a busy main road. Easy access from the A26 with fuel on the way.

VERY noisy road all night
This was our second stay here - positives are that it’s close to the motorway and easy to get to. There is a reasonably priced Carrefour fuel station in the town and an Aldi. The site itself is well maintained (someone came to litter pick while we were there). Truck stop outside and a pizza machine and a pop up friterie appeared in the morning - that’s all ok and doesn’t really affect the stay BUT the road is extremely busy and lorries are trundling past all night so couldn’t sleep

Aire d’étape
Loin du centre-ville, à côté d’un parking poids lourds mais bien pratique pour dormir une nuit entre deux étapes
Nous sommes heureux que l’aire ait été pratique pour une nuit d’étape. Nous comprenons que la distance avec le centre-ville et la proximité du parking poids lourds puissent être des inconvénients. Toutefois, nous espérons que cela n’a pas nui à votre confort pour votre halte. À bientôt sur le réseau, Ylian !

Nüchterner, praktischer Platz
Stellplatz an einem LKW-Rastplatz ausserhalb des Dorfes mit grossen Stellplätzen direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Zu sehen gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe nichts. Der Pizzaautomat funktioniert, wird täglich gereinigt / aufgestockt und die Pizzas sind erstaunlich gut. Der Stellplatz und der LKW-Parkplatz wird täglich gereinigt und ist in einem sauberen Zustand. Die Infrastruktur funktioniert und Sat-Empfang ebenfalls. WIFI-Signal, je nach Standort okay. Erstaunlicherweise ist der Lärm der Hauptstrasse kaum hörbar und daher nicht störend. Fussmarsch nach Le Chene : 30 Minuten, Fussmarsch zum Einkaufen : Ebenfalls ca. 30 Minuten. Für ein oder zwei Nächte Aufenthalt okay.

Nette CP met alle voorzieningen goed voor een nacht als je op doorreis bent. Ligt wel langs de weg maar geen last gehad van het verkeer pas tegen 7 uur hoor je de auto’s voorbij komen. Zeker een aanrader en een super systeem kunnen veel landen nog van leren geweldig.
